PROFESSIONAL BANK, N.A. ANNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP

James Miller has joined Professional Bank as its new chief executive officer. This is significant as Professional Bank embarks upon expansion plans, with the goal of adding two new branches in 2006.

Miller was previously the president of Security Bank in Garland, a community bank which accomplished significant growth and profitability under his leadership. Security Bank was purchased about a year ago by First American Bank, which is now owned by CitiBank.

Miller is joined by Chris Williams, also formerly of Security Bank, who will serve as vice president. Williams has five years experience as a commercial lender and will be focusing on small business development. Eventually, Williams will open Professional Bank's Garland banking center.

Jim Veirs, Professional Bank's founding CEO, will now serve as vice chairman and continue to be active on the board of directors. Mark Smith and Jack Seifrick retain their roles as president and chairman, respectively.

Miller has been a successful banker and leader in Dallas for his entire career.
